About 

My spiritual journey began in 1997 when I realized that my own healing was my responsibility. I embarked on a quest to explore various therapeutic modalities and alternative healing practices, delving into Chinese medicine philosophy and immersing myself in the traditions and wisdom of Asia.

In the year 2000, I found myself in Costa Rica, where I became an integral part of the visionary team that gave birth to Pachamama. Parallel to my spiritual journey, I also established a retail company in the US and a real estate development company in Costa Rica.

Throughout my journey, I've gained extensive experience in the high-stakes world of business. I understand the unique environment and immense pressures faced by leaders like you. I recognize the challenges you encounter and am dedicated to assisting you in navigating this demanding landscape.

In my work as a coach and workshop facilitator, I combine my experience from both worlds to help people reach their potential while maintaining a balanced life filled with creativity, joy, and an open heart. Today, I am a skilled facilitator who employs a holistic blend of modalities in my workshops. These include Breathwork, meditation, the power of music and movement, biofeedback, and the science of neuroplasticity.
 

For me, the present moment is the bedrock of personal transformation, creativity, and growth. It is within this moment that I can safely explore my past, release the shackles that bind me, and make space for new and uncharted possibilities to flourish. In my vision, the present is where the seeds of evolution and unbridled creativity find fertile ground to grow and thrive.
