Within this workshop, the old principles of masculinity built on dominance oppression and competition will be examined, 

As well as the modern reaction to it—the notion of the "nice guy" who pleases at the expense of his own power. 

We will explore the male-female relationships within ourselves and the relationships with men and women outside of us.

Safety, collaboration, and responsibility are called in to redefine what brotherhood means to us. 

During this workshop, meditation, therapy, somatic exercises, and rituals guide on the path to unlocking one's inner strength.
